RETURNS POLICY

 

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it,and it must be in the original packaging.

 

2. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return , and the original postage and packaging charges made (only applies to full orders returned) . You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

 

3. Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty and were described properly) within 14 working days.

 

4. if you have received your order and there is any items missing or damaged these must be reported within 7 Days.

 

5. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be accepted  or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

6. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please conact L&L Vinyls through email – landlvinyls@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a returns code that will link to the order that you are returning from.

please have this noted on a piece of paper along with your order number and reason for return and place it alongside the item securely in packaging and mail your return to the following address:

 [Please note, you will be responsible for all return postage charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed on our end  but Please note that paypal refunds may not appear in your account instantly and may take a little time for paypal to process it.
